Developer Program and Site Align with Force.com
by Kavindra Patel on January 30, 2008 at 08:56 AM
In the midst of all the technology news, you may not have noticed something we rolled out developer.force.com, the new name for our developer program and website. With the launch of Force.com in October and the accelerating shift in the developer community toward a range of enterprise app development that goes well beyond CRM, it was time for a new name that better reflects the full breadth of the Force.com platform. And the new name is just the latest in a series of improvements, updates, and new features the DFC team has delivered in recent months, including the launch of Force.com Ideas, an overhaul of the discussion boards, and a redesign and refresh of the wiki and developer blog. Let us know what you think.

Hi - compliments on the new and improved site, it's a great resource for developers. I know our team use the site frequently, as well as the team behind it.
Have to say the Force.com team have been a massive help to CODA in developing our on-demand accounting system - our latest blog post (http://blog.coda2go.com/developers/2008/02/19/mult-currency-multi-company-handling/) highlights just how responsive they've been in working with us to overcome some significant challenges.
Thanks guys, from all at CODA!

How about advanced search for the message boards. If I am searching for visual force info I want to target my search to only the VF board. Otherwise I get a lot of results that are useless and clutter valuable posts.
